Birdhouse Laval

In 1993, the year of our last Stanley Cup, founder Lorne set out to bring an American wing concept to Montreal. When Head Office finally responded to his mail (not email - this was pre-internet days), they asked, “Where’s Quebec?” But the dream lived on. In 2019, it became reality when Lorne joined forces with restaurant veteran George—giving the idea wings at last (sorry - had to be done).
